Traditionally, Workday has fostered a strong company culture that values employees. Most people there are collaborative and work well as a team.
Cons
Now, the culture has changed dramatically. Leadership at the top makes decisions without understanding the groundwork, turning the company into a top-down organization.

Healthy work environment. Awesome benefits, flexible work hours, unlimited PTOs.
Cons
None that stand out. It’s growing very fast and that has caused some challenges. Not the small happy family anymore. Still healthy and fair environment.
