      Great work-life balance but limited skill development options

      Pros

      * Great Work-Life Balance * Benefits are overall good * If you work hard, you can move up fairly easily.

      Cons

      Depending on which part of the company you are, you may be constrained to their proprietary language which isn't great if you are looking to develop skills that are easily transferable, so expect to keep leet coding while working or working some extra hours on innovation projects to keep your skills up.

      Culture is good except for some teams and managers, benefits are good,

      Cons

      They use custom language called Xpresso which is not used anywhere and you will be outdated with latest technologies
