Pros

- Low pressure, unless you're pushing for promotion, in which case there will be some self imposed pressure. - Great people to work with. - Generally open and honest management. - Great pay and benefits (especially love the option work remotely from abroad for up to a month per year) - Weekly opportunity to give anonymous feedback which can be seen not only by direct managers but right up the management chain. Someone in that management chain will 100% aknowledge the feedback and sometimes respond if necessary.

Cons

- Heavy use of proprietary technology in most teams The rest are kinda benign: - Management are in all of the standups and have pretty close eyes on everything (though they never put any pressure on you unless you are working on some blocker issue for customers) - (Could be a pro for extroverts) Big emphasis on socializing, lots of events; games etc. that I am regularly invited to. Gamification of learning also happens, quizzes etc. (Not mandatory stuff but there's certainly a pressure there, I feel, as an introvert)
