      Pros

      The company is fairly flexible with you and anything that might come up.

      Cons

      -there is no real room for growth. -Employees who are also in the military are only given 16 hours a year for paid military leave...which doesn't even cover the annual training, drills during the week or anything compared to other companies giving two weeks. -There are no annual performance reviews -No raises or anything to reflect inflation

      Pros

      Good first job if you have an active security clearance. Usually understanding of your time off requests.

      Cons

      No potential for growth, salary increases are nonexistent, favoritism. Jobs are based on contracts awarded to the company, so if the company looses the contract for the following year you could easily loose your job.
