From the second I signed on, YA had everything ready to go to make my transition to the team as easy as possible. I had a few training needs which were immediately provided and tons of support on the field as I learned the YA way. Anything I have needed to provide our customers with the best possible service has been provided. This job is a dream!
Cons
I can honestly say I have not been disappointed in my decision for one second and all my needs have been met head on.
The people really make YA a great place to work. It maintains the feeling of a family company, where people know and care about one another while continuing to grow and offer new opportunities.
Cons
As a remote-first company, working at a distance can feel somewhat isolating at times. That said, it is no more so than any other remote-first organization, and YA makes an intentional effort to support employees and help build connections.
