2. It is interesting more and more hands-on strong people left, and the remaining are mostly who are "proud" of communication skills and can "coordinate", can "lead", can manipulate politics, but can not solve very simple problems in technical or product.
3. The company can not be profitable, those dreams such as IPO are permanently gone.
4. HR is used to do bad things to the people, there is no HR policy to fairly treat employees.
5. The culture is very rude, totally disrespectful to the employees.
