      Pros

      Working at YouTube comes with all the benefits of working at a big company like Google. The benefits are really good (on-site cafes, gym, other wellbeing facilities, lots of events to keep growing, education reimbursement programs, etc). Salaries are competitive and people are generally pretty smart and passionate about the work.

      Cons

      YouTube/Google is an American company, so a lot of the bigger benefits and career opportunities are for folks based in the United States.
