      High Burnout Risk: The fast-paced nature of container shipping is incredibly energy-consuming. Decision fatigue is real, as you are required to make critical, high-stakes choices daily. Disconnected from the Frontline: Depending on your function, the role can feel a bit removed from the core commercial business.       Management through and through. Working in the US for an Israeli company is not like working for a US company. Simple as that. Pay is poor Micromanagement and reporting Old school in the worst ways
