      Pros

      Good opportunities if you work for it.

      Cons

      Management is degrading. Many of them have no clue how to manage a team and should not be in management. People throw you under the bus left and right. Very high turnover rate because they pretend to be something they are not, people quickly figure that out.

      They have multiple brands and a wide selection of product.

      Cons

      The owner is very very arrogant and that resonates through the company. He is quick to bring his ego and lawyers into any situation. They also are not appreciative of your energy , time, or your paycheck. They will find a way to deduct anything and jam you. Horrible Management. Look elsewhere

      What seemed like a good opportunity turned out to be a big mistake

      Pros

      I find it difficult to identify any pros based on my experience.

      Cons

      Left a good job to work for Zeigler because they painted a picture of opportunity, growth, positive culture, employee satisfaction, but none of that was anything close to reality. Working there has to be the biggest regret of my professional career. My advice, save yourself the headache and frustration and find literally any other place to work.
