      Summer hours, occasional free food

      Cons

      Executives tell you every day we grew 40% last year, and they get their bonuses for that but all you get is a 2% increase which is less than the inflation, which means although the company grew 40%, your salary is less than what you got last year.

      This is not a happy place, toxic environment, politics, personal agendas, rude attitude. This place is everything opposite to what you know about a good workplace. Executives never show their faces other than town halls and it seems like ruler slave relationship. Very unethical place and create applications which in a hurry just to grab new clients.

      Some of my coworkers were very nice, holiday party was nice

      Cons

      Felt like a very toxic environment. Management was VERY micromanaging and made every day miserable. The stress caused was not a result of the actual work, it was the result of the company. Leaving was one of the best things I have ever done for myself.
