short staffed constantly, machines break down every 30 minutes and require constant maintenance, new people are treated like children until they get loud enough to prove their point, we are capable, we are smart, we aren't to be treated as less than our employers, and we shouldn't be forced to work with broken machines and then be ignored when we tell you they need fixed. pay as a new employee is not enough to live off of, and $15/hour until your first year is complete is unfeasible with more than one head per household
