Executive team is atrocious, greedy and about as fake as you get. The culture of the company as a whole is toxic and if you are a tenured sales person, they will BS you until you take the job. Everything we are pitched, it is the complete opposite when onboard. High turnover in sales department. Upper management talks the talk but doesn't walk the walk. Local management is even worse. A bunch of used car salesmen with an unethical approach to getting deals closed. There is zero advancement available. Adolf Hilter runs the company. HR is horrible. They hold you this very high bar yet on the flip side, they don't care as long as you produce. By far one of the worst companies, I've dealt with.

Micromanagement. There are more bosses than workers on most teams. Bosses are not working bosses, they just dictate and go to meetings taking all the credit for everything done on the teams. Raises are limited to 5% if changing titles and only 3% maximum yearly raise - which I have never seen someone get. Health benefits are garbage. Management doesn't care what you have to say. As new managers come in they stack the team with people they have worked with at other companies and find ways to make people quit or goat them into arguing so they can be fired.
