      Great exposure to real-time client projects and system implementation. Supportive and collaborative teammates across geographical teams. Strong learning curve — helps build ownership, communication, and analytical skills. Opportunities to handle multiple projects independently, even early in the role. Good company culture and structured workflows for implementation and data migration. Leadership is approachable and encourages feedback and process improvement ideas.

      Cons

      Rotational/Night shifts can be tough to handle. Workload can get high during go-live phases and data validation cycles. Some tasks can become repetitive over time, limiting technical depth. Cross-team dependencies sometimes slow down delivery. Growth paths between levels could be more structured or transparent.
