Culture is as advertised , I have been noticing people smiling all the time and it just cheers me up to work in such a positive environment The on boarding process is amazing , constant recognition from day one really encourages employees to give their 110% all the time. Non toxic environment and kind management Work/Life balance

Cons

None so far , they are big on communication thus things get resolved before they develop into issues.

Well today is my one year anniversary with the company and I am still loving it! Since I joined the tribe I have seen so much positive change and growth it is amazing. When you start a new job your excited and nervous but it’s always fun in the beginning. Then the honeymoon is over and it’s just a job. Well not here it just keeps getting better and better. The core values are not just words they are a way of life and I love it. Thank you Steve and all the great leaders of driversselect and Echopark for continuing to bring love and life to the work place and I look forward to the next year and many many more to come with this great company.
