The team was overall good to work with, although they would observe challenges without trying to give a helping hand. We were all on our own, in some ways.

Cons

The manager had shifting requirements. As soon as something was achieved, she would ask why the next step wasn't already done. There was really no way to win, nor empathy from her with regards to the challenging situation at hand.
