Real management- will get next to hourly team members and cook Delicious food! If you want to grow and want to be part of something... All you have to do is work hard and it will be yours

Cons

Could be a lot of hours, but that is normal for th industry and I knew that coming on board.

- A company that practices what it preaches - I've seen a number of employees advance quickly through the ranks (from line cook to management to corporate) - You get out of this job/company what you put in. Work hard and it will pay off. (literally and figuratively) - I have so far recommended two friends for positions - Great group of people that works hard and has fun while doing it - Awesome, creative environment - Extremely receptive to ideas - Rapidly growing - Fun perks for employees (talent shows, volunteer opportunities, dance classes, etc)

Cons

- Start up company so benefits are limited at the time. Looking forward to 401K, etc. - Nothing else negative to say.

Good food. A lot of opportunity for growth because people constantly quit.

Cons

Employees are being watched on camera constantly. Leadership doesn't trust a single person in the organization. Everything they preach about being a great place to work is a complete smokescreen; they want you to show up, get paid garbage, work crazy hours, and not say a word.
