Pros

Force current employees to give 5 rating in Glassdoor to average out overall rating Management is having blind trust on 3-4 people and these 3-4 people does all the politics Small organization can be handled very smoothly but no management Management and HR will just do drama on your concerns, and nothing will change

Cons

No work-life balance Very poor culture Tester will do everything and atlast blame game Very poor development team .. Only one client, very very small duration projects

It is clear this ex-employee holds a strong grudge against some employees and the organization and keeps writing the same review with different designations, this time its senior BA which we don’t even have anyone currently. You cannot make everyone happy and no matter what you do there will be someone who disapproves you. However, we’ll address these false allegations, Just like every other company we encourage our employees to give honest opinions which they have given about what they don’t like in the organization. They have written about bad infrastructure No work-life balance is a lie. No manager would call you post your working hours or ask you to work on weekends. Never your vacations or holidays are not approved. In fact, we encourage you to finish your leave balance by not letting you take it to next year or encash it. During pandemic when the salary cuts and laying off are a norm we have hired 15 more people and you can check more openings on our company website. This says a lot about management and leadership skills. A poor development team would not put us in this position. About politics and abusive language, HR has not received any complaint about it. Also, we have an open-door policy, and you can just walk into the Director’s cabin if you have any concerns even with the HR. You could solve these issues by talking to the management rather than washing dirty linen in the public domain. However, we will talk to the leads and make sure the decorum and professionalism are maintained. Our clientele includes Pfizer, Novartis, Merck, Abbott, ACG, Ironwood, etc. and not one customer. Also, based on our current openings you can know our current projects are on Big Data Analytics and Cloud technologies which cannot be “very very short” as our friend mentions here.

Pros

As I started the Job, I was excited as I found out that the company is into latest technologies. So, You will learn technologies in trend but without any training. You will be working on it instantly and if there is any issue in timeline of project the B.A screams in front of everybody. The language is not only harsh but offensive.

Cons

If you are not able to do some task, the management doesn't asks reason instead comes to conclusion that you are doing nothing. Here is no work/life balance. Most of the reviews here are provided by management itself to increase the ratings.

I2e Consulting is very close-knit organization with clear communication. We are aware of the employee who has written this review and all the conflict of interest we had. It is only fair we let our disgruntled ex-employees criticize where we are wrong, but it is important to hear the story from the other side. We are a service oriented company and the delay in timelines means delay for customers who are top Pharmaceutical giants and suffer loss of millions. Stakes are pretty high and like every other technology company we expect project delivery on time. However, if you were mistreated the management will make sure that it is not repeated again with any other employee. About work from home, we have a policy of allowing work from home to employees who are not on critical projects as it gets difficult for the team members to co-ordinate and meet deadlines. However, you are free to come in and go at flexible hours in different shifts. However, the “no work-life balance” is completely untrue as we never work on weekends or ask our employees to do overtime.

Cons

Worst company. No trainings for Freshers. Team leads are annoying and managers just seats to warm up chairs don't have technical knowledge at all. No work culture. Hr managers just seats to warm up chairs. Non technical and knowledge less people get promotions
