      Pros

      Your day goes by quickly because of the heavy workload and tight deadlines.

      Cons

      - Very stressful/toxic environment - Extremely fast paced - Constant pressure to perform - Impossible deadlines - Your cell phone will be taken away if the Steve (the CEO) sees you using it for any reason - Only one week of vacation after a year of employment - Low pay rate compared to other agencies in the area - Every raise comes with a the condition that you need to perform at a much higher level. If you don't, they will constantly harass you until you can meet the level that they are expecting - They have a very high turnover rate

      Pros

      The individual teams are well rounded in abilities. Family atmosphere within the teams. A good place to learn both what is right and what is wrong.

      Cons

      Benefits get an F: no direct deposit, no sick days, holidays are minimal (no labor day) Lack of business structure results in many people assuming many roles. Critical infrastructure is only replaced when it fails. Projects are compromised by poor budgeting, best practices are afterthoughts. Sales people lack scruples and will sell a product that has no potential to succeed.
