Pros

You will get to learn what working in a most toxic company in world looks like.

Cons

Many issues stem from the CEO and CTO. Design discussions are non-existent, and the CTO seems to have an inflated ego. He even makes architectural decisions using AI without considering his own capabilities. Another issue is a product manager who reported that their manager is extremely abusive, and it is obvious that this manager is the CEO’s wife. Furthermore, they once laid off a person without providing them with an experience letter or even fnf. Finally, they expect employees to work 14-16 hours a day, even on weekends. They also push people to work on notice periods, often for long hours.

Pros

No Pros except remote job

Cons

Joining this company was one of the biggest professional mistakes I’ve made. What appears externally as a ‘fast-growing startup’ is internally a deeply dysfunctional organization controlled entirely by a husband-wife duo who blur personal dynamics with business decisions every single day! 1. Priorities change overnight depending on founder mood and internal disagreements 2. Very high attrition across teams; good employees rarely stay long 3. Multiple rounds of mass layoffs, I got impacted too in Nov last year 4. No work-life balance — late-night calls, weekend work, and constant availability expected 5. Public blame culture; employees often made scapegoats for leadership failures 6. Company branding externally is very different from the internal reality
