If you're considering, steer clear of TVScientific. The company is plagued by toxic leadership, poor management practices, and a sales culture driven by fear alone. Leadership frequently undermines collaboration, and accountability is virtually nonexistent—creating a chaotic environment where the clients are having as bad of an experience as the employees. Morale is extremely low due to a lack of accountability from upper management. It's no surprise turnover is high and trust is low. There is a huge lack of communication that leaves you feeling helpless and unempowered. As stated earlier, it is very cliquey. It is hard to trust anyone there because they will say one thing and do another. There is a huge lack of feedback which isn't surprising given the poor communication. HR/operations is terrible/non-existent. All of their execs hire their family members and let them do whatever kind of work and however much work they want. Business trips turn into personal trips really quick with these kids. The CEO shouldn't be a CEO.
