The work from home option was amazing. The people I was paired with was the best people you could ever meet.

Cons

After being with the company for only 5 weeks I started to see the cracks in the foundation. I gave Vcom 100% from me, and I didn't get anything in return. I felt like a dead animal with vultures flying over head. The training was minimal and the senior leadership did not provide any guidance. The "Culture" that they speak of is not what you will see or experience. The leadership needs more training to be how to respond to employees needing guidance. I would not recommend this place of employment to anyone.

I'm sorry you had a bad experience at vCom. Obviously that's not what we are about. We have 115 incredible team members here who appreciate what we are trying to do. It's tough to hear when someone has an experience that doesn't match the experience of others. Also sorry you didn't feel comfortable to come talk to me about your experience.

We encourage all of our employees to actually communicate with us why they are here. Not much we can do when someone chooses to not take the time to communicate, but then takes the time to write something like this?? This doesn't even seem like a real review? We are here to help if our employees want to engage. It's been proven over and over.

vCom has so many pros! They promote a work/life balance, personal growth as well as wellness! The onboarding process has been flawless and the culture promotes accountability, rewarding employees and transparency! They have a work from anywhere policy that has been tremendous for my family.
