      Company benefits are great over all. Company engagement is high quality and work life balance. They try to be flexible and understanding. But the work comes before anything else. Unofficial motto

      Cons

      Flight benefits less lucrative now with so many people flying. Hard to non rev with more than 1 person. Training is lacking in corporate, They act so flustered to train properly

      1. Great people! 2. Focus on teamwork. 3. Office is beautiful and lots of places to get away from chatter. 4. Leadership treats you with respect. 5. Pay is mid.

      Cons

      I was not permitted to have a plant or more than 2 personal effects on my desk. Pay could be a bit more commensurate with other companies.
