      Tech Ops plays a vital role in keeping our operation running safely and reliably. Our teams support everything from aircraft maintenance to ramp operations and technical leadership, all working together to keep flights moving.       What to expect

      Common roles in Tech Ops include:

      Aviation Maintenance Technician

      • Perform handsโ€‘on aircraft inspections, repairs, and system checks in a fastโ€‘paced, safetyโ€‘focused environment, often outdoors or in tight spaces, directly supporting the reliability of every flight.

      • Youโ€™ll need a high school diploma and an FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) license, which qualifies you to inspect, maintain, and repair aircraft structures and engines. These credentials set the foundation for a meaningful, highโ€‘skill career in aviation.

      Material Logistics Specialist

      • Manage, track, inspect, and move aircraft parts, tools, and materials in a fastโ€‘paced, safetyโ€‘focused environment, including stocking, issuing, shipping, receiving, operating warehouse equipment, and supporting technicians to keep operations running smoothly.

      • Youโ€™ll need a high school diploma or GED, a valid driverโ€™s license, and either college, technical training, or warehouse experience, along with basic computer, math, and reading skills,

      Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor

      • Lead and support aircraft maintenance teams to ensure the safe, compliant and timely return of aircraft to service. This role also guides daily maintenance operations, manages workload and resources and maintains strong working relationships with airport authorities, the FAA, TSA, vendors, and union leadership.

      • Youโ€™ll need a high school diploma or GED, an FAA Airframe & Powerplant certificate, and 3โ€“4 years of aircraft maintenance experience, with leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred.

      Most work is done at night, therefore most job positions are midnight shift. Holidays and weekends are covered as well so you may have to work them for many years.
