We pride ourselves on helping our clients get financially squared away from the start of their military careers to retirement and beyond, at home or during deployment, in times of joy and in times of tragedy. We believe there is no substitute for building a relationship of trust and mutual understanding other than meeting with an Advisor well-versed in the specific financial situations military families experience.

Most of our Advisors are veterans or military spouses. Our Advisors' experience equips them to understand the unique challenges brought by military life. Therefore, we focus on providing proactive service in flexible and convenient ways that best meet the evolving specialized needs of our clients. Wherever our clients go, First Command’s dedicated team is there for them with the knowledge and attention that they felt at their very first meeting.

First Command is dedicated to building lifelong financial security for our Nation’s military families while actively supporting our communities through our Force for Good giving strategy. Through partnerships with Service Relief Organizations, workforce development programs like Hiring Our Heroes and SkillBridge, and local volunteer initiatives, we provide critical support to service members, veterans, and their families. In 2024 alone, we raised over $364,000, hosted 125 SkillBridge participants, volunteered 30,000+ hours, and donated 8% of our profits to charitable causes. While the application and interview process will vary by position, most applicants can expect a process like this:

· If selected, a member of the recruiting team will contact you via email to arrange a meeting.

· It is very common for the hiring manager to host an initial interview to get to know you.

· We have a beautiful campus, so we like to invite select candidates onsite to see it for themselves and meet more of the First Command team.

· The time to fill roles will vary. We strive to keep candidates and hiring teams informed throughout the hiring process.
