Product Management Interview Process:
Submit your Application: First things first, apply during the open application period.
Application Review: Our recruiting team will take time to review your application and materials and will respond with an update within 7-10 business days.
Recruiter Phone Interview: You’ll speak with one of our recruiters to learn more about Glassdoor, compensation and benefits, and the role you are interested in.
Hiring Manager Video Interview: Meet with the hiring manager to learn about the role in more detail. They will be curious to learn about your role-specific skillset and motivation.
Design Whiteboard Session or Project Interview: Show off your skillset live with one of our hiring teammates during a whiteboard design session or on your own time with an overview of a past project that you helped drive. This is your opportunity to share more details about your hands-on product management skillset.
Portfolio Work Share and/or Panel Interview: Meet with additional stakeholders and potential peers on the team! The panelists will ask questions about your experience, collaboration skills, and more. They will also give you the opportunity to ask questions.
Leadership Interview: Meet with one of our Product and Design team leaders to gain a better understanding of the Product organization's goals and how your role will directly impact our team's success.
