As an RN in one of our on-site or near-site health centers, you’ll provide outpatient nursing care focused on prevention, chronic condition support, and continuity of care. Our model is quality-driven (not volume-driven), with appointment structures that allow time for assessment, education, coaching, and follow-up.
Compared with many acute care settings, the pace is more planned and less episodic. You’ll work with an interdisciplinary team and have operational support to reduce non-clinical burden. Many roles offer more predictable schedules, depending on site and hours of operation.
If you want an RN role with time for patient education, care coordination, and evidence-based prevention—and less emphasis on throughput—Premise Health offers a clinical setting where nursing judgment and follow-through matter.

A Different Kind of Nursing Role
This is an ambulatory care setting (non-hospital) with a focus on prevention, chronic condition support, and continuity. Compared with acute care, visits are more scheduled and less driven by emergent events, allowing time for assessment, patient education, and follow-up.
Meaningful Use of Your Clinical Skills
RNs practice at the top of license and commonly support:
Patient education and coaching
Preventive care and wellness
Care coordination and follow‑up
Performance is aligned to quality and outcomes rather than visit volume.
Supportive Onboarding and Team Environment
You can expect structured onboarding, clinical resources, and access to experienced colleagues. Care is delivered in collaboration with the broader care team, with leaders who prioritize safe practice and consistent workflows.
Opportunities to Grow Your Nursing Career
Nursing career paths may include care management, specialty programs, clinic operations, and leadership roles, depending on site needs and available openings.
A Culture Focused on Purpose and Wellbeing
The work environment is team-based and patient-centered, with expectations for professionalism, collaboration, and respectful communication. Many roles also support predictable schedules to help reduce burnout risk.
