True progress happens when learning goes beyond the lesson. A-B-C Data: Break behavior down into the Antecedent (what happens before), Behavior, and Consequence (what happens after). Understanding the "why" behind actions is key to creating lasting change. Prompting: Sometimes a little hint is all you need to spark the target behavior.
