ActioNet has once again been recognized as one of the Best Workplaces for Commuters in 2022! ActioNet is among a select group of U.S. companies recognized by Best Workplaces for Commuters (BWC) for offering commuting alternatives to employees, such as teleworking and alternative work schedules. Not only does this reduce our carbon footprint, but it also ensures a better work life balance and allows us to remain competitive in the current job market. This is just one more way we show we really care about making our employee’s lives easier and more manageable as we continue to experience work and life challenges during the pandemic. Fairfax County is a great place to work and be in business. It’s a thriving technology corridor, rich in talent and close to our nation’s capital. But as local commuters know, traffic is congested and getting around can be a problem. As employers, we can be part of the solution. Being a good workplace for commuters isn’t just a company perk, it’s an essential part of the daily talent experience.
