As a part of AmTrust's people experience during our 25th Anniversary, we are here to listen, learn and provide further learning and development opportunities to all of our colleagues. Our HR department is on the road, traveling across U.S. office locations to visit with employees and gather in-person feedback on how we provide support in their career journeys. "Work is one of the most vital parts of life, powerfully shaping our health, wealth and well-being." -U.S. Surgeon General. Now, more than ever, AmTrust is putting a large emphasis on the people experience in 2023 and beyond. #AmTrust25 #AmTrustCareers

Today, AmTrust recognizes Juneteenth, a time to commemorate the end of slavery in the United States and celebrate the freedom that was attained. We share this list of ways to learn more about Juneteenth with our partners and employees: 1. AmTrust Employees - take time to learn about our Multicultural Network, which expands cultural competence and increases the understanding of how we can best advocate, amplify, encourage, respect and support one another in the workplace. 2. Seek out and support Black-owned businesses. 3. Read books that share Black history. 4. Encourage your family to write a short story, draw a picture or sidewalk art about Juneteenth. Comment below what ideas you have in order to recognize this significant day. #Juneteenth #blackhistory #blackownedbusiness #juneteenthcelebration
