Last week, we drenched our CEO Ted Shallcross, as well as 15 other members of our leadership team, in support of The ALS Association Rhode Island Chapter's CEO Soak! As part of this effort, we raised more than $34,000.
Today we hosted a summer lunch event where members of our leadership team served up food from around the world! Our employees enjoyed shawarma steak tips, empanadas, a cinnamon horchata bar and more!

Each year, we honor the employees who are celebrating 25 years at Amica by adding bricks inscribed with their names to the courtyard at our corporate headquarters. These are just some of 2023’s honorees!
As part of our continued commitment to creating disaster resilient communities, employees at our corporate headquarters recently assembled these disaster preparedness kits for youth with United Way of Rhode Island! Each kit contains an activity book, a stuffed animal and more.
Last month, in partnership with the Amica Mutual Pavilion’s AMP Gives 50 initiative, we coordinated a donation drive for Youth Pride Inc.! As a nonprofit organization, YPI supports youth and young adults in the LGBTQIA+ space, and we were happy to collect items for their basic needs pantry.
