What a day! 🎉 This year's "Take Your Child to Work Day" theme was "Working Better Together!" Celebrating this day at our Elmira, NY plant and our corporate office was an excellent way to provide a glimpse into the glass manufacturing world for these future workers! This morning in Elmira, The children got a chance to learn firsthand about the glass-making process, tour the facility, see what their parents do during their workday, and have lunch with the Plant Manager, Ronald Warnecke ! In Tampa, they learned about how the different departments within the company operate, got to meet our CEO, Nipesh Shah, learned about how glass bottles are made, and finished the day learning about the importance of safety! 🦺 🥽 We had such a great day with these future leaders!
