To help reduce the digital gender gap in Asia, Arrow Electronics teamed with Penang Science Cluster, an industry-led initiative in partnership with the Malaysian state government. Together, they organized a series of STEM-focused activities for girls in Penang. Arrow employees dedicated nearly 100 hours to personally guide over 200 local students to support "STEM for Growth". The girls immersed themselves in captivating experiences ranging from slime-making and paper circuit building to Micro:bit programming. Arrow invests in programs globally that expand access to STEM education for girls, with an emphasis on instilling confidence and leadership skills. #ArrowGives
