How Ascension supports associate well-being "Associate well-being means different things to different people but at its core, it means having a feeling of contentment in mind, body and spirit. There is a strong connection between well-being and performance and in order for an associate to show up as their best self, they need to change the way they work and live to prioritize their well-being. We often say, in order to take care of others, you need to take care of yourself. That may be hard for some because we have been so used to taking care of everyone else first. It is important to take moments throughout the day and reflect on what your body, mind and spirit might need."
