Tara has been in the industry for 22 years with experience in the Colorado market. Prior to joining Bell, Tara worked for Echelon Property Group, Shea Properties, and spent most of her 22-year career at Equity Residential. She joined Equity Residential in 1999 as a Leasing Consultant and worked her way up through ranks to a Regional Manager. Tara has an in-depth understanding of development, lease-ups, renovations, student housing, and stabilized assets. She takes pride in achieving high employee engagement, and together with her teams has earned many industry awards. Tara is currently residing in New Braunfels with her husband (Eric), 2 teenage daughters (Maddy & Ella) and a German Shepherd named Soldier. When she is not working or keeping up with her teenage girls, she enjoys time at the lake with family and friends.
