At Blackbaud, we are all about giving back. Last November, we made a donation to The Rescue Collective. It’s become clear the country still needs our help, so we have made another donation—this time to WIRES Wildlife Rescue. WIRES (Wildlife Information, Rescue, and Education Service, Inc.) is the largest wildlife rescue organization in Australia and has been rescuing and caring for wildlife for over 30 years. Our donation will support the rescue and rehabilitation of the displaced animals, like Kenny the Koala (pictured below) who was rescued from the fires on December 22. To everyone in Australia, our thoughts remain with you.
