In the company’s C-suite, four out of the eight leaders, including Paula, are women.

Lots of energy last week from Junior Achievement high school students who were here to rotate through company divisions during our annual job shadow day. The JA program is designed to help the children achieve better outcomes in school and, ultimately, in the workplace. As one teacher put it, the job shadowing, "helps them envision their future and realize what's possible and achievable."
There was definitely a positive vibe in the room on Tuesday. The Black Employees Association hosted a stirring panel on what it means to grow up Black in America. Our commitment to diversity and inclusion means creating safe spaces to share personal, thought-provoking stories that enrich us all.
