Smart, sweet and full of energy, Tyler is a typical four-year-old with one exception – he has a rare genetic disorder called Gaucher’s Disease. Every two weeks, Sharon, his CVS Health Coram Nurse, visits Tyler at home to give him infusions that are critical to his health. Her level of care extends beyond the medication she provides, and Sharon and Tyler have developed an incredible bond of trust, hope and resilience.
