Supporting Women Behind Every Cup of Amy’s Blend ☕💙 Each year, Caribou Coffee brings a truly meaningful product to life: Amy’s Blend, inspired by our original roastmaster, Amy Erickson. After Amy’s passing in 1995, her legacy became a movement—one that fuels positive change for women in coffee-growing regions around the world. In 2026, we’re proud to continue our partnership with the International Women’s Coffee Alliance (IWCA). For every bag of Amy’s Blend purchased, Caribou donates $1 to IWCA, supporting their mission to empower women in coffee through training, financial education, sustainability programs, and community-led initiatives. This impact is real. In Ethiopia, IWCA’s “Women in Coffee” organization received a $5,000 grant funded by Amy’s Blend contributions, delivering business and life-skills training to women and strengthening the leadership of their growing association. From hands-on workshops to community governance support, these efforts help women build sustainable livelihoods and long-term economic resilience. When you choose Amy’s Blend—or join the Caribou team—you’re part of a company that believes in uplifting communities and honoring the women who make our coffee possible. To close out Women’s History Month, 100% of proceeds from Amy’s Blend sold March 28–29 will go directly to IWCA. Brew with purpose. Work with purpose. Make an impact with Caribou Coffee.
☕✨ Meet the Crafted Press: Caribou’s Smooth, Signature Favorite ✨☕ The Crafted Press is one of Caribou Coffee’s signature, fan‑favorite beverages, light, smooth, and perfectly balanced. Available exclusively at Caribou coffeehouses, it features a unique blend of cold‑pressed coffee, milk, a touch of sugar, and a hint of salt, creating a drink that’s “not too sweet, not too strong, just right.” The cold‑pressed coffee base is brewed over several hours for a naturally smooth, never-bitter flavor, perfected by Caribou over more than 20 years. Guests can enjoy the Crafted Press hot or iced. The iced version is blended without ice first to keep its frothy texture, while the hot version is steamed for the same balanced, silky profile. The default recipe uses a special dairy blend, but guests can easily customize with oatmilk, almondmilk, flavor shots, malt powder, or even Cold Foam. Seasonal flavors like Pumpkin or Cranberry Dark Chocolate bring fun twists throughout the year. Lighter in calories than traditional lattes and mochas, the Crafted Press offers a refreshing, craveable alternative for coffee lovers seeking something smooth and flavorful. Whether enjoyed classic or customized, it’s a versatile drink that fits any season and often becomes a guest’s new go‑to.

Continued innovation in Caribou Energy drinks platform drives new growth! Caribou Coffee® continues to fuel growth with its expanded Energy drinks platform, meeting rising demand for caffeinated, non-coffee options. Launched in May 2024, the platform quickly became a significant share of Caribou’s non-coffee sales, driven by innovation, seasonal flavors, and strong guest enthusiasm. The original lineup featured Blue Raspberry, Peach Mango, Pomegranate Acai, and Strawberry Pineapple—each blended with sparkling water and an energy base in Original or Lemonade. Seasonal offerings such as Honeycrisp Apple and Cranberry built momentum, followed by trend-driven launches like Lavender Energy, Berry-C Energy, and two sugar-free options: Salted Watermelon and Passionfruit Yuzu. “Guests know Caribou for flavor-forward innovation and real ingredients,” said Carrie Sazama, Director of Product Innovation. “We’ve brought that same approach to Energy drinks—tracking seasonal flavor trends, testing for taste and texture, and delivering limited-time flavors that create excitement and trial.” This summer, Caribou tapped into nostalgic flavors with Rainbow Sherbet, Cotton Candy, and Ice Pop Energy. On August 21, the fan-favorite Honeycrisp Apple Energy returns for fall. With energy drinks ranking as the third-fastest-growing non-alcoholic category nationwide, Caribou is positioned ahead of the trend—proving that guest-driven innovation extends beyond coffee.
☕✨ Behind every Caribou Coffee latte, cookie, and cooler is a test kitchen squad of innovators who also happen to be longtime Caribou superfans. Meet Carrie Sazama, MBA, Gretchen Hashemi-Rad, Kelsey Wasserburger, and Lindsey Palmer—the women driving product innovation across food and beverage at Caribou. From reimagining the energy drink platform (now 25% of non-coffee sales!) to pulling off a Milk Bar collab that sold 30% above forecast, this team is building Caribou’s future one idea at a time. What makes them unstoppable? 💡 Turning store-level hacks into menu staples 📊 Pairing data-driven trends with gut instinct 🍪 Obsessing over flavor (and scrolling reviews at night) 🙌 Backing each other up, no ego attached As Gretchen puts it: “Some of my favorite research is just sitting in other coffee shops and thinking about how to translate third-place concepts to an over 500-unit chain. It’s a delicate balance between edgy, approachable, and operational.” Together, they’re proving that innovation isn’t just about what’s trending—it’s about listening, collaborating, and bravely testing new ideas until something sticks. And when it does? It changes the way guests experience Caribou.
