Recently, New Jersey Tech Weekly interviewed CentralReach CEO, Chris Sullens about the company's future plans, as well as 2020 trends in the applied behavior analysis industry. “While the market is becoming more complex, CentralReach is prepared for, and looking forward to, helping our customers navigate these complexities with ease while they grow, so they can do what they do best — helping people with ASD live richer and more independent lives,” said Sullens. This month’s #SpiritDay employee spotlight is our Senior Software Engineer, Aaron Marisi. “My mom would share stories about her younger brother, my uncle Genie, and what it was like growing up with him. He grew up with autism before it was prevalent enough to receive a childhood diagnosis let alone any clinical care,” said Aaron. “The stories illustrate how desperate my grandparents were for answers and assistance to raise their son and keep him from harm, truly heart-wrenching moments that stick with me. At the time, the Applied Behavior Analysis industry was virtually non-existent, so these stories are a constant reminder that the work we do really impacts the quality of life for the families we serve. I'm incredibly grateful for the privilege to help our providers deliver life-changing services to their clients and, in my own way, honor my uncle and my grandparents.”
