The survey questions, methodology, criteria and weighting were developed with the assistance of an independent research firm and an advisory council of employers. Ernst & Young, a global leader in assurance, tax, transaction and advisory services, independently evaluated the scoring methodology for the Military Friendly® Employers list using the criteria set forth by VIQTORY.

For 2019, we’ve been awarded: - Military Friendly Gold Employer with a Top 10 Award: Chenega Corporation is ranked 10th out of all companies in our revenue category ($500M-$1B) - Military Friendly Spouse Employer Institutions earning the Military Friendly Employer designation were evaluated using both public and proprietary survey data. Final ratings were determined by combining an organization’s survey score with an assessment of the organization’s ability to meet thresholds for the applicant, new hire retention and employee turnover, as well as promotion and advancement of veterans and military employees.
