Cielo, the world’s leading strategic Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) partner, has been named as one of Milwaukee’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For® by the National Association for Business Resources. This marks the third consecutive year Cielo has won this award, which honors organizations that display a commitment to excellence in their human resource practices and employee enrichment.
Several thousand organizations from across the country were invited, and more than 1,100 participated in the Top Workplaces USA survey. Winners of the Top Workplaces USA list are chosen based solely on employee feedback gathered through an employee engagement survey, issued by Energage. Results are calculated by comparing the survey’s research-based statements, including 15 Culture Drivers that are proven to predict high performance against industry benchmarks. Cielo earned recognition for four of these Culture Drivers – Clued-in Leaders, Communication, Innovation and Top Leaders.

RPO is not a regular purchase for most procurement professionals, despite being an approach that many are being requested to investigate more deeply, as C-Suite leaders have grown more aware of the strategic advantage of great talent and the increasing competitiveness around obtaining it. To facilitate a smooth tender (RFI/RFP/RFQ) and implementation process for procurement managers, we’ve highlighted some of the key challenges and solutions to consider during the selection process.
We conducted qualitative and quantitative research across EMEA and APAC involving over 300 HR and TA leaders from multi-national businesses to find out what the key challenges are and how a skills-based workforce strategy can help build a workforce for the future. By downloading our whitepaper you'll discover useful information about the future of skills-based talent acquisition and how TA teams that adopt a skills-based model will be well equipped to overcome tomorrow’s challenges and seize future opportunities.
Following high ranks in the overall RPO Leader in EMEA category in previous years and a second-place ranking in 2020, Cielo has demonstrated its commitment to innovation and delivering exceptional results for clients with its first ranking as the leading RPO provider in EMEA. The annual ranking, published by global publication HRO Today, is based exclusively on client feedback and satisfaction surveys.
“I hope that someday we no longer have to write messages calling for change – that someday we’ll all be recognized as equals and achieve true inclusion. That someday we can all celebrate and embrace our differences because that will bring true progress.” - Sue Marks, Founder and CEO
