As reported during this morning’s earnings call, 2023 represented another meaningful post-pandemic progression for our industry and especially for Cinemark. Once again, our phenomenal team produced strong operating and financial results. To highlight a few, we: • Entertained 210 million movie-goers across our global footprint spanning 14 countries; • Delivered record results in our ultra-immersive XD and D-BOX premium formats; • Grew Movie Club membership to 1.2 million members which drove 24% of our box office; • Increased revenue 31% to $3.1 billion; • Achieved highest concessions sales of ALL TIME with $1.2 billion; and • Delivered 77% growth in Adjusted EBITDA to $594 million. These results demonstrate that moviegoer enthusiasm for Cinemark’s larger-than-life cinematic experiences remains strong, and we are highly optimistic about the future of exhibition given the vibrancy of our industry’s key fundamentals.
