On November 17th, 2023, we celebrated the 1st anniversary of CoVEr, our Citizant founded organization! Citizant thanks all our upstanding employees who have served in the United States Armed Forces! To showcase our unwavering love and support to our veteran employees and their loved ones, Citizant’s first Employee Resource Group (ERG), CoVEr, created an “Honoring our Veterans” webpage to commemorate their legacy and service to the country! In addition, CoVEr leaders are presenting distinguished CoVEr members with a Citizant challenge coin to recognize their contributions to establishing CoVEr and playing an active role in carrying out its mission of engaging and serving veterans, aiding in the growth and professional development of veterans, and giving back to the community through outreach events and initiatives. Citizant has completed its triennial appraisal under ISACA’s CMMI Maturity Level 3 for DEV and SVC – underpinning Citizant’s Delivery Model that has earned repeated ‘exceptional’ CPARS ratings. Our lead appraiser, David Quinn of Sensible Process, LLC, said, "The degree of constant improvement and streamlining that Citizant performs is not common, even among Maturity Level 3 companies. Solid processes are being made stronger and the amount of automation added in the last three years makes Citizant elite among organizations pursuing CMMI, both Development and Services.” Pamela Schoppert, Citizant's Vice President of Human Experience and Quality Programs, said, "CMMI-DEV and SVC are the foundational pillars of Citizant’s Delivery System, which is the primary reason why Citizant regularly receives ‘exceptional’ 5.0 ratings on our CPARS reports. A Special, Spirited Halloween Since 2014, Citizant has had the incredible joy and honor of hosting an Annual Halloween Celebration with the Community Independence Instruction Program at Freedom High School. This Loudoun County Public School (LCPS) special education program provides real-world events and learning opportunities to high school students in conjunction with local organizations and businesses. Citizant has completed its annual surveillance audit of its Management System comprising three international quality standards, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 20000-1:2018, and ISO 27001:2013, with no adverse findings noted by the auditor from BSI Group. Citizant’s long-standing commitment to ISO standards ensures federal government customers that the company consistently delivers highly qualified personnel by adhering to rigorous, well-defined performance and value models for hiring/onboarding, shared services, and information security. “Annual ISO surveillance audits are especially important for Citizant and our customers as we solidify our transition to hybrid remote operations following the COVID-19 pandemic,” said Pamela Schoppert, Vice President of Human Experience and Quality Programs. “Citizant’s Shared Services organization deserves great credit for complying routinely with our established quality processes to deliver high-quality services consistently to our internal and external customers. Without their rigorous efforts, we would not have achieved these flawless audit outcomes.”
