Today, three Clayco subsidiaries were ranked in the St. Louis Business Journal's Top 150+ Privately Held Companies. CRG, Concrete Strategies LLC. and BatesForum all experienced excellent growth in the past year and we look forward to continuing to grow together as an integrated family of companies.
For the fourth consecutive year, Clayco has participated in National Rebuild Day and sponsored a home for the Rebuilding Together Program. A team of volunteers from our Chicago office spent the day repainting rooms and installing new lighting, electrical devices, plumbing fixtures, and doors. The homeowner was overjoyed by the improvements! Thank you to everyone who made this year's rebuild a success!
Today was Clayco’s inaugural Bring a Girl to Clayco Day! The daughters, granddaughters and nieces of our Clayco team were invited to learn and explore the many career options that the construction industry has to offer. They toured the building and received interactive presentations from each department on a wide range of professions. Our ClaycoNOW group organized this event as a chance for these young girls to see female role models in a traditionally male dominated field. It is our hope that these girls will be inspired by what they experienced today because “if she can see it, she can be it.” CREW Network One of Clayco’s key commitments is to bring diversity to our industry. It is important to Clayco that we give these girls insight into our industry and that we do our part in growing a diverse pipeline of women coming into the construction, architecture, and technology fields.

This WIC Week, Clayco is going beyond just recognizing the women in construction and stepping forward to promote the professional development of the women in our industry.
