The Coach Foundation proudly partnered with Pensole Lewis College of Business & Design to create a 6-week custom design course with a focus on sustainability and supporting the development of young creatives aspiring to break into the industry of footwear and accessories design. The Coach Foundation’s Dream It Real program aims to remove barriers and create opportunities for the next generation of young people who have the courage to dream it real. Last week, we invited the scholarship recipients to join us at Tapestry Headquarters to present their final products to leadership. In addition, our Creative Director, Stuart Vevers, provided his feedback on the designs. The students' innovation is an inspiration and a reminder we can all Dream It Real.

The Coach Foundation and Tapestry’s Prouder Together Employee Resource Group recently teamed up to host our first 'Prouder Together Student Dream Day' for students from Hetrick-Martin Institute and the Point Foundation. LGBTQIA+ youth who are receiving scholarships from the Coach Foundation teamed up with Tapestry senior leaders and volunteers from across our brands – Coach, kate spade new york, and Stuart Weitzman – for an impactful afternoon of networking, panel discussions, and office tours. Our goal? Help today’s youth navigate the transition from student to professional while celebrating their authentic selves. A big thank you to all of our Tapestry volunteers who helped to make the day a success!
In support of developing future talent, we’re excited to share that the Coach Foundation has teamed up with Pensole Lewis College of Business & Design (PLC) to create the Coach Dream It Real x PLC Masterclass. This new, six-week virtual program for aspiring accessories and footwear designers will help provide design certifications to Black and Brown students pursuing careers in fashion. According to PLC Founder and President Dr. D’Wayne Edwards, “This masterclass was created to build a community of creative talent that may one day become a member of the Coach design team. Our goal with this program is to provide Coach talented, diverse designers who will bring new perspectives to an already esteemed brand.” The Masterclass will feature up to 10 aspiring designers who will have the opportunity to create a capsule collection of a Coach-branded shoe and accessories, with a focus on sustainability, while also receiving personal and professional development lessons; tuition will be covered by the Coach Foundation.
Introducing “Give A Little Love,” our fully immersive Holiday installation in Malaysia’s premier shopping destination, Pavillion Kuala Lumpur! Inspired by a winter park in New York City, the installation features a snowy landscape full of Coach creatures, a magical tunnel of twinkling lights along the park’s arch, and a festive holiday tree in the center.
