“What I love about working for Commerce is the people and culture. The organization truly cares about their employees – my leadership has always been great to me, which makes it easy for me to be loyal back. For me, its all about relationships. I have several best friends here at work. The biggest surprise working at Commerce is the culture. You see it in action from the top down. How many places do you get to interact with Executive Management in the elevator or grab a cup of coffee? What would I say to others about working here? I would ask them what they are waiting for!” -Brian Ferguson, Division Manager I - Business Banking

Together, we processed 8,022 pounds—that’s 4.01 tons—which translates to 6,685 meals for those in need. To put it in perspective, that’s enough to feed one person for 6.1 years!
