June is Pride Month! Compass Group is demonstrating strength in solidarity, promoting allyship and celebrating our associates from across our family of businesses. It's Inclusion & Impact Month at Compass Group, and our teams are springing into action. Our mantra, "Together WE... inspire people, strengthen culture, and transform communities!" is encouraging thoughtful conversations and meaningful action. Earlier this month, at our Charlotte headquarters, a few dozen associates assembled more than 400 kits of basic school supplies - including handwritten notes of encouragement - for local students. Our friends at Classroom Central provide these resource kits free of charge to teachers and students in nearly 200 schools across Charlotte.
