This month, our team in Atlacomulco, Mexico along with their families, got their hands dirty during their Annual Reforestation Day. Thanks to the valuable support of the Jocotitlán City Council, we planted a thousand trees in Xocotepetl Park, a natural space dedicated to preservation. At Cooper Standard, we believe that sustainable actions are a big aspect of who we are. Last weekend, our Surgoinsville, Tennessee team had an amazing time hosting our team members and their families for the annual Family Fun Day! Rain or shine, we were ready to celebrate together! The day was packed with delicious food and fun activities, including a Best Dessert contest, face painting, water toys, volleyball, tug of war, badminton, cornhole and exciting raffle prizes. 22 dedicated Cooper Standard Lindau team members laced up their running shoes to participate in the ZF Company 5.5 km (3.4 mile) Run in Friedrichshafen, Germany. They joined an incredible crowd of over 7,500 participants, all coming together to support local charities and organizations. Every step counts in making a difference! Over the past year, our Poland Global Business Services team has built a strong partnership with a local Technical College of Economics. Working closely with the School's Directors, they created a program designed to empower the next generation of professionals. From a competitive pool of 50 applicants, 15 talented students were selected from various economic fields, including logistics, accounting and trade. These students had the opportunity to participate in dynamic sessions led by our leaders, concentrating on key career-related topics designed to help them make informed decisions about their educational paths. Together, we are inspiring the next generation!
