In partnership with The Greater Phoenix Chamber of Commerce and the ElevateED AZ initiative, our Marketing and Virtual Construction departments recently participated in virtual Q&A panels. These virtual experiences are designed to give educators a view into a day in the life of a professional that works in a targeted industry. Instructors take this information and tailor their lesson plans to more closely mirror real world situations and experiences. The end goal is to directly connect education with industry to close the skill gap.

As we all know, COVID-19 has had a tremendous impact on the global and local economy and has left thousands in need of food bank services. Recognizing this need, DP Electric employees decided to take action and raise funds to feed Arizona’s most vulnerable. DP Electric committed to match the full amount of employee donations, and together the team raised over $6,500 to support St. Mary’s food bank relief efforts.
