DPR Construction’s craft workforce is essential to its purpose to build great things. In that spirit, we have announced an industry-leading enhanced benefits program for eligible craft employees, including paid leave for a variety of circumstances, a free GED program and reimbursement for education expenses, among other offerings. Developed based on employee feedback, the program provides DPR’s craft employees with benefits and resources that prioritize their health and wellbeing and help plan for the future.

Our commitment to Global Social Responsibility (GSR) is year-round, but the start of 2023 offers us the chance to evaluate where we are and where we are going. But it’s bigger than just setting a New Year’s resolution. GSR is about igniting conversation, listening to employee and community voices, and then creating change that builds equity, equality and inclusivity—not only within DPR, but within the construction industry.
